I offer remote workouts for busy people. New this year: varying lengths of classes so that you can put together your own routine. I promise that 10-15 minute workouts are effective and can keep you consistent and motivated.
There are classes for the very fit or brand new to group exercise. As always, I will offer classes to build on core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
Additionally, I will be offering workshops based on healthy eating, self-care, self-esteem and healthy aging. Look for special guests this year - I have some amazing friends who will offer spectacular benefits to our remote coaching program.
